Marketing Coordinator Job Description

At My Senior Health Plan, we're seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to drive our marketing efforts forward. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and updating our marketing materials, both digital and print, and ensuring our website is engaging and up-to-date.

Your expertise will help us grow our social media presence through compelling content and insightful analytics. You'll also have the opportunity to orchestrate events, seminars, and webinars, creating memorable experiences that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Coordination
  • Plan, organize, and execute company events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Develop event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
Social Media Management
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Third-Party Business Development
  • Identify and establish partnerships with third-party businesses to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Negotiate and manage collaboration agreements with partners.
  • Coordinate joint marketing campaigns and initiatives with third-party partners.
  • Track and report on the success of partnership activities.

Additional Details:

  • Blackout Period: Time off is restricted from October 1st to December 7th annually.
  • Reporting: Daily reports and organized invoicing are part of your routine.
  • Client Engagement: Manage client onboarding and celebrate their milestones with personalized communications.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally with a focus on sales-driven initiatives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Social Media, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Photoshop, Illustrator, MailChimp (or similar), and WordPress.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a knack for crafting clear and persuasive messaging.
  • Personality Traits: Confident, outgoing, and resilient under pressure, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a creative flair for event planning.
