About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to push the boundaries of innovation and excellence in the industry. As a key member of our Controller's group, you will work closely with stakeholders across Finance to document processes, mitigate risk, and enhance compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement effective controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with colleagues to create new processes and propose improvements that strengthen our internal control environment
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements, COSO Framework, and internal control concepts
- 1-3 years of public accounting working on public company engagements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
