Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at AMSOIL. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all manufactured and purchased products meet our quality standards. You will develop and implement quality assurance plans, conduct inspections and audits, and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Responsibilities
Develop quality assurance plans and inspection criteria for manufactured products. Identify nonconformities, document defects, and collaborate with production teams. Establish inspection criteria for incoming materials and work with suppliers. Maintain accurate quality documentation and prepare quality reports. Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS requirements. Participate in initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Estimated salary: $69,200 - $93,400 per year.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field. Five years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing. Preferred certification in Quality Assurance. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with statistical process control and quality improvement techniques.
