About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and ISO Program Manager to lead our QA efforts and maintain our ISO 9001 program at Global Power Components. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, preferably with experience working in a manufacturing environment. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A Six-Sigma Black Belt certification is highly desirable.

In this role, you will work closely with our production team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations. You will also be responsible for coordinating internal and external audits, reviewing and revising quality procedures and objectives, and developing metrics to measure performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, including customer and third-party audits.
  • Train staff on quality procedures and objectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Develop and review metrics to measure performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Salary:$90,000 - $125,000 per year
