About the Role

Brady Corp is seeking a skilled professional to join its team as a Product Compliance Specialist. In this critical role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that Brady's products meet all regulatory requirements and obtain necessary certifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies for new product development and sustaining teams to achieve quality, cost, and on-time delivery goals.
  • Manage reporting to regulatory agencies for existing products in various countries to maintain compliance.
  • Collaborate with global teams to provide budget and timeline data to execute plans for proper product compliance in global markets.
  • Prepare documentation and sample submission packages for compliance partners such as NRTL, TCB/SAR, and GMA.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent.
  • In lieu of bachelor's degree, an associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in product EMC, product safety, wireless approvals, hazardous substance compliance (REACH/RoHS/Prop65).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and presentation skills.
