Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at North Dakota State University. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting, analyzing, and reporting data for a large number of faculty members working on different federally funded grants. This role will also involve coordinating lab work for various projects, overseeing activities of the Physiology Laboratory, and assisting with planning, implementation, and monitoring of ongoing and future experiments.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct and analyze data for faculty members working on federally funded grants
* Coordinate lab work for various projects
* Oversee activities of the Physiology Laboratory
* Assist with planning, implementation, and monitoring of ongoing and future experiments
* Maintain equipment, supplies, and reagents
* Conduct, train, and assist personnel with sample collection/processing, storage, preparation, and assays for various methodologies

Requirements

* MS in Animal Sciences or related field(s)
* Lab experience
* Experience with the design and execution of experiments in physiology, cell and/or molecular biology or related field(s) using animal models
