Job Summary

Eide Bailly is seeking a highly skilled IT Procurement Specialist to join our team. As an IT Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing quotes, purchase orders, and invoices, as well as maintaining accurate records in database systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and managing quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Maintaining accurate records in database systems.
• Tracking shipments and addressing customer inquiries.
• Resolving issues related to orders and ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintaining and building strong relationships with vendors.
• Assisting with product registrations and related processes.
• Providing exceptional technical support and solutions to our clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, and technical support, or a similar role.
• Associate's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Adaptability to changing customer needs and order priorities.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
