As a Crisis Therapist, you will be part of our team that specializes in crisis intervention and stabilization. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in a mental health field and relevant experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or serious emotional disorders. You will be responsible for providing crisis assessment, follow-up, and documentation of client progress and outcomes. Additionally, you will work with clients to develop discharge plans and maintain collaborative relationships with family members and other service providers.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A Master's Degree in a mental health field
  • Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or serious emotional disorders
  • Licensure as an LMSW, LPCA, or LMFTA
  • Demonstrated training and experience in crisis intervention and stabilization
