About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinician to join our team at Community Child Guidance Clinic. As an IICAPS Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive mental health services to children, parents, and families in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the IICAPS Director and other supervisors to ensure high-quality services.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and help families and teams develop effective treatment goals and strategies.
  • Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including child therapy, parent guidance, couple therapy, family therapy, crisis response, and case management, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records within the IICAPS BMS web-based system and CCGC's Credible web-based electronic health record.
  • Participate in regular supervision and case presentations to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or other Master's level mental health degree with expertise in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
  • Strong commitment to work and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Current licensure requirements outlined by the state law in each field.
