Crisis Therapist: Mobile Crisis Intervention

We are seeking a skilled Crisis Therapist to join our team at Community Health Resources. As a Crisis Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing crisis assessment and intervention services to children and families in need.
Job SummaryThe Crisis Therapist will provide crisis assessment and follow-up services to monitor the status of clients in crisis. This will involve working with clients to develop appropriate discharge plans utilizing natural supports, maintaining collaborative relationships with family members and other service providers, and performing home and community-based care.
Responsibilities- Provide crisis assessment and follow-up services to monitor the status of clients in crisis.
- Work with clients to develop appropriate discharge plans utilizing natural supports.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with family members and other service providers.
- Perform home and community-based care.
- Responsible for maintaining client and staff records according to agency policy.
- Participate in weekly supervision and meetings to review client and program progress.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree or higher in a mental health field, with demonstrated in-depth knowledge and experience as a psychotherapist working with people with mental illness and/or serious emotional disorders. You will also need to have licensure/certification/registration as an LMSW, LPCA, LMFTA, with LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred.

CompensationThe salary for this role is $60,496 annually, with the potential for commensurate pay based on experience.
