Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Coordinator to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our Brand Experience team, you will be responsible for planning and executing various events and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating trade show logistics, including exhibitor badges, show services, marketing materials, and accommodations.
  • Work closely with the Brand Experience Managers to engage with internal product marketing teams and other internal departments throughout the planning and execution phases.
  • Participate in the coordination of trade show-related activities, including pre-planning, execution, and post-show survey deployment and analysis.
  • Assist in executing all logistical details necessary to successfully plan meetings and events, such as sales training, advisory board meetings, sales team POAs, and faculty forum meetings.
  • Assist with managing budgets and tracking costs, as they are committed and processing purchase requisitions per show and event.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in event management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be flexible, deadline-driven, and juggle multiple projects at once.
