Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a manager with 70 reports in their department. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Order office supplies and create expenses
- Take meeting notes and draft summaries to send to attendees afterward
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Experience calendaring with Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent writing skills - ability to draft meeting summaries to send to high-level individuals
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with SAP
- Experience submitting expense reports
