About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Community Liaison Officer. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with residents and staff.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and professional greetings to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our community.
  • Collaborate with office staff to maintain accurate and up-to-date resident information, utilizing our database system.
  • Employ effective phone etiquette for all interactions, ensuring clear and respectful communication.
  • Identify and report any incidents or concerns related to our Rules and Regulations to management in a timely and professional manner.

Work Environment: Our front desk area is an indoor space that requires frequent standing, with a low to moderate noise level.

Physical Demands: As a Community Liaison Officer, you will need to possess physical abilities such as sitting, standing, reaching, lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, pushing, and pulling items weighing 30 pounds or less. You must also have manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
