Position Overview:

As a Medication Aide, your primary responsibility will be to administer or assist in the administration of medications and treatments as per the directives of healthcare providers. You will also support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while ensuring their rights and preferences are respected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications in accordance with established protocols
  • Deliver high-quality care as outlined in individual care plans
  • Encourage resident independence and well-being
  • Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks
  • Engage residents in community activities and events
  • Perform additional duties as required
