Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate, direct, and participate in community outreach programs to promote associate engagement and community involvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by analyzing and interpreting reports, implementing and monitoring asset protection and safety controls, and maintaining quality assurance standards
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model
  • Assist the store manager in driving financial performance by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, controlling expenses, and developing plans to correct any deficiencies
Requirements
  • 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $69,000.00-$80,000.00, as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.
