Inside Sales Representative at DivIHN Integration

This role is integral to our sales team, reporting directly to the Marketing Product Manager. The focus will be on cultivating enduring customer relationships through effective prospecting, qualifying leads, and successfully closing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS degree along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in inside sales, particularly within sectors such as durable goods manufacturing, distribution, or equipment sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Achieve or surpass performance and revenue targets
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance customer value
  • Initiate outbound communications and manage incoming customer inquiries
  • Develop strategic sales plans to expand existing accounts
  • Implement recovery strategies for previously lost accounts

  • Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities
  • Technologically adept with a keen interest in customer needs and product offerings
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
