Capital Senior Living is a leading provider of senior living communities, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the grounds and exterior of the building, including repairs, lawn maintenance, and garbage removal.
- Ensure the interior of the building, offices, and common areas are well-maintained and clean.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of community equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly and staff are trained in its use.
- Prepare apartments for move-in and refurbish units after move-out.
- Maintain fire safety and emergency records, as well as conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems as required by state regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance is preferred, with a strong understanding of minor repair and maintenance techniques for structural, electrical, plumbing, security, and heating and cooling systems.
- Familiarity with building safety and hazard reduction practices is also preferred.
