As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and maximizing efficiencies. With a strong focus on innovation and teamwork, we strive to bring fun to every household through great products and clever collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3PL Warehouse Management: Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, develop and implement warehouse management strategies, and continuously monitor and improve warehouse operations.
  • Order Management: Oversee the order management team and processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and operations teams to streamline processes and resolve any order-related issues.
  • Logistics: Manage the logistics team to ensure effective contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and issue resolution. Continuously monitor and improve both domestic and import shipping to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Office Management: Oversee the Office Manager to ensure all supplies are procured on time and in a cost-effective manner. Work with the property management company for any repairs and necessary maintenance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • BA, BS, MBA, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in operations, with wholesale or retail experience being a plus
  • 10+ years of logistics experience, including domestic and import operations
  • 10+ years of warehouse management experience
  • Strong communication skills, including written communication
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central (Navision) and Jet Reporting is an advantage
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and provide steady guidance under tight deadlines
