Job Overview

Position Summary: The Sales and Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in representing the hotel with utmost integrity and professionalism. This position requires a service-oriented mindset and a genuine, caring attitude towards clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel pricing, promotional strategies, and available discounts.
  • Handle requests for proposals (RFPs) and complete necessary sales documentation accurately.
  • Prepare contracts and proposals, ensuring timely and professional communication with clients.
  • Engage with potential clients to generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
  • Foster and sustain positive relationships with team members to achieve shared objectives.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Act as the main liaison for clients organizing group bookings after contract finalization.
  • Provide clients with information regarding hotel facilities and services, including operational hours, room types, and promotional packages.
  • Draft sales proposals and issue contracts as needed.
  • Coordinate internal sales and marketing initiatives with the sales leadership team.
  • Follow up with clients to secure countersigned contracts and deposits.
  • Compile materials and create information packages, including brochures and promotional items.
  • Organize and manage meetings, events, and appointments efficiently.
