Job Title: Director of Revenue and Growth

Federated Service Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Revenue and Growth to lead our growth strategy and drive revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize marketing and sales strategies.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Design and implement innovative customer acquisition campaigns across various channels and develop retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth, including upselling, cross-selling, and new product offerings.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of growth marketers and Sales Managers and work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives and regularly report on growth performance to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the team to test new ideas and approaches and implement a rigorous testing framework to measure the impact of growth initiatives.
  • Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances that can drive growth and negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets and experience in a leadership role, managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
