Director of Revenue and Growth

Federated Service Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Revenue and Growth to join our team. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the company's growth strategy, encompassing customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize marketing and sales strategies.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Design and implement innovative customer acquisition campaigns across various channels and develop retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth, including upselling, cross-selling, and new product offerings.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of growth marketers and Sales Managers, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives and regularly report on growth performance to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the team to test new ideas and approaches, and implement a rigorous testing framework to measure the impact of growth initiatives.
- Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances that can drive growth, negotiating and managing partnerships to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with growth objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
