Administration Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Team Lead to manage our centralized printing, scanning, mailroom, and client media functions. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with supervisory experience, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and prioritize daily workflows for printing and scanning operations, mailroom operations, client media import and export operations, and reception desk and deliveries.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching to ensure operational timing and quality goals are met.
- Collaborate with leaders to drive continuous improvement across administrative processes.
- Assist with mailroom and media operations, including operating equipment for incoming and outgoing mail, data input, scanning, and copying.
- Provide backup support to office staff and handle deliveries or pick-ups as needed.
Requirements:
- Time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills in a deadline-driven environment.
- Supervisory or team lead experience (Preferred)
- Hands-on experience with scanning and copying machines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. Additional hours may be required as needed.
