Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow Management: Organize and prioritize daily workflows for printing and scanning operations, mailroom operations, client media import and export operations, and reception desk and deliveries.
- Employee Productivity: Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching to ensure operational timing and quality goals are met.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with leaders to drive continuous improvement across administrative processes.
- Mailroom and Media Operations: Assist with mailroom and media operations, including operating equipment for incoming and outgoing mail, data input, scanning, and copying.
- Support and Backup: Provide backup support to office staff and handle deliveries or pick-ups as needed.
Requirements:
- Time Management: Time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills in a deadline-driven environment.
- Supervisory Experience: Supervisory or team lead experience (Preferred)
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with scanning and copying machines and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
