Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Commercial Department as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth communication with clients and supporting the team with various administrative tasks. If you have strong organizational skills, enjoy managing multiple responsibilities, and have a knack for client communication, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to provide status updates and request necessary documentation.
- Enter new business information into the Cogent system accurately.
- Contact courts to schedule court dates and obtain case status information.
- Perform document management tasks such as scanning and filing.
- Support the team with additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a commercial or legal environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management (experience with Cogent is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attendance Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

- A background check and drug screening are required prior to hire.
