  • Support accounts receivable and payable functions, inventory management, and deposit processing.
  • Calculate, categorize, and document financial data.
  • Communicate accounting-related issues professionally with clients and suppliers.
  • Organize and maintain documentation and storage systems.
Qualifications:
  • Understanding of fundamental accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  • A minimum of two years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly accurate and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Able to anticipate needs and plan accordingly.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting is a plus.
