Job Overview

The Client Management Team is dedicated to nurturing long-term partnerships with our clients through the establishment of significant relationships. We are in search of a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a sales background, emphasizing the pursuit of new business prospects and successfully closing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out, target, and secure new business clients within the designated region.
  • Build and sustain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Promote and sell IT services, including cloud solutions and backup services, to prospective clients.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations, prepare tailored proposals, and finalize agreements to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
  • Remain updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market possibilities to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and support teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery, crafting customized IT solutions to address client needs.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A keen interest in sales and technology, particularly in IT services and cloud solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to establish and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
  • Self-driven with a strong ambition to learn and meet sales targets.
  • Team-oriented: Personable and collaborative.
  • Reliable and responsible in fulfilling commitments.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous, though not mandatory.
