Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our sales support team at WAC Lighting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and resources to our clients.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced call center environment, resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for working with our outside sales team to exceed client expectations and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work with our outside sales team to exceed client expectations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
  • Manage and resolve general customer service issues
  • Handle technical troubleshooting for lighting products
  • Effectively manage customer follow-ups
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Communicate with our customers via chat and emails using Zendesk
  • Communicate with the warehouse team and shipping company to resolve shipment discrepancies
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working directly with customers, preferably in a call center environment
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Attention to detail in composing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks/demands and get results
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Strong knowledge of a variety of computer software applications - SAP a big plus
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and experience with Outlook
