Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support a part-time project in our Cranberry, PA office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional reception services, including greeting employees, visitors, and customers, and cover for the receptionist during absences.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of food and beverages for kitchenettes.
  • Oversee vendor management, tracking spending against the budget and ensuring service quality.
  • Manage ID card issuance and access control for employees and distribute passes for visitors and contractors.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a professional office environment
