Job Title: Business Travel Coordinator

Overview:

As a Business Travel Coordinator at Vista Global Holding Limited, you will be part of a team of over 4,400 aviation and technology experts working across the globe. Your primary responsibility will be to make business travel arrangements for Vista crews, including air, hotel, and ground transportation, in accordance with company supplier contract requirements and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

* Accurately secure reservations for Vista crews, including air, hotel, and ground transportation, in accordance with company supplier contract requirements and internal policies.
* Book travel for sales and executive teams as required.
* Book travel for crew training as directed by the Training Department.
* Manage travel for pursers as required.
* Secure and manage block-inventory of hotel rooms.
* Maintain a calendar of events in frequently visited Vista cities to proactively secure crew accommodations in advance of potential sold-out situations.
* Coordinate with the Scheduling team during severe weather.
* Assist the Scheduling and Training departments on crew transition and non-transition days.
* Interface with Vista's Finance department on hotel/air/ground transport contracts.
* Assist in booking company events and meetings.
* Respond efficiently and accurately to customer calls, emails, and inter-office chats, and provide accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
* Collaborate with other consultants to improve customer service.
* Participate in training, quizzes, projects, and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company policy and position.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Travel Agency or Aviation experience preferred.
* Experience using SABRE or any other GDS, such as Amadeus, Apollo, Smart point, or World span, preferred.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Strong analytical ability.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Detail-oriented while upholding a high level of accuracy.
* Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Ability to multi-task and work in a team.
* Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
* Strong computer skills.
