Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet daily call volume targets for both incoming and outgoing communications as per team expectations.
  • Handle all interactions with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to company standards.

  • Quickly and accurately assess patient needs.
  • Utilize available resources to convert inquiries into new customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales is preferred, including roles in personal banking, real estate, or a combination of retail and restaurant experiences.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment is preferred, ideally in a service or sales-oriented setting.
  • Ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmacy is desirable.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage stress effectively and work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Skills in business processes, problem identification, analysis, and resolution management.
