Pharmacist - Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team as a Staff Pharmacist in our Pharmacy department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring the accuracy and safety of medication dispensing, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including medication therapy management, immunizations, and health education.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care, including physicians, nurses, and other pharmacists.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, medications, and technologies to provide evidence-based care.
- PharmD degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Current pharmacy license in good standing.
- Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
