Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Wingate by Wyndham Charleston Airport. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet and welcome guests, complete check-in procedures, and ensure a smooth check-out process.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Cash Handling: Process cash transactions, handle guest payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, answer phone calls, and provide timely and accurate information to guests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous front desk experience preferred, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged standing indoors with a climate-controlled work station.
