We are seeking a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team at Aucera. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers
- Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Staying up-to-date on our clients' products, services, and promotions
- Documenting customer interactions and sales in our CRM system
Requirements
