Customer Service Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized service to meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer service activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including service history and maintenance schedules.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in customer service and automotive repair.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or automotive environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of automotive repair procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
