We are seeking a seasoned Culinary Manager to join our team at Aramark. This leadership role is perfect for an experienced chef who can motivate and guide kitchen personnel to deliver exceptional customer service and food experiences.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will report to the General Manager and be responsible for training and managing kitchen staff, supervising culinary activities, and ensuring seamless execution of company programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective kitchen management strategies
  • Train and mentor kitchen personnel on safety protocols, quality standards, and presentation techniques
  • Select and develop recipes that meet menu planning requirements and ensure consistent quality
  • Establish and maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of kitchen operations
  • Oversee special events and catering functions, and provide culinary instruction and demonstrations as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related position
  • Post-high school education or equivalent experience; a culinary degree is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
