About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to join our Commercial Lines team at AssuredPartners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and deliver exceptional risk management solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our commercial lines products and services
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Manage relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters to secure quotes and negotiate premiums
  • Prepare and submit new and renewal business submissions to insurance companies
  • Consult with producers on markets for their risks, appropriateness of coverage structure, and negotiate pricing and coverage terms with carriers
  • Assist in executing marketing strategies and objectives
  • Assist in the analysis of lines of coverage and insurance company trends with the intent of maximizing opportunities for new business placement and customer retention

Requirements
  • 5+ years of related experience and/or training preferred
  • Current Property and Casualty license required; professional designations preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of available commercial lines coverages based on business classification, as well as informed on industry trends and client retention strategies
  • Highly developed problem-solving and solution-design skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership through client support and advocacy skills, as well as the mentoring and guidance of more junior employees
  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office or similar software, including spreadsheet and presentation software
  • Skilled in use of agency management software with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
