Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans to meet business objectives, in collaboration with the Director of Marketing.
  • Manage and optimize website content, including Square Space and other CMS platforms, to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Implement search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve website visibility and traffic.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
  • Monitor and respond to member reviews, inquiries, and feedback through digital channels.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union compliance regulations to ensure all marketing campaigns adhere to legal standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with OURCU team members to ensure brand consistency and compliance across digital channels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing, communication, data science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, CRM, and data-driven tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
