Account Management Executive

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-level employee benefits strategies.
- Manage key relationships within our Major Accounts Division.
- Interact with existing and potential clients on a daily basis.
- Provide targeted service to our most complex clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team structure.
- Experience in building, fostering, and advancing relationships with primary client contacts.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and understanding of social media platforms.
- Efficient and creative in preparing materials to present to clients.
- Proven experience managing complex employee benefits clients.
- Strong customer service skills and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Consulting license preferred.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards.
