Account Manager for Existing Business Growth

Job OverviewThis role is perfect for those who thrive on building relationships, are strong communicators, and can identify unique customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Retain & Grow Existing Business: Rebook and retain business in assigned accounts through exceptional customer service, site visits, and regular calls.
- Leverage Relationships: Grow our business by upselling additional products and services into current accounts.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product, service, and pricing information, acting as the point of contact for accounts.
- Build Customer Relationships: Develop and strengthen long-lasting customer relationships.
- Sales Presentations: Generate new business with prospects through strategic sales presentations and consultations leading to closed sales.
- Salesforce Utilization: Use Salesforce to build and manage pipeline, maximizing productivity for scheduling and reporting.
- Results-Focused: Proven selling skills, specifically related to growing existing accounts and acquiring new business, with the ability to identify unique customer needs.
- Sales Experience: 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
- CRM System: Experience using Salesforce or another type of CRM system.
- Ongoing Training: Receive ongoing training to develop your skills and grow your career (Sandler Sales Training).

- Flexible Schedule: Work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the field within your assigned territory.
