Primary Responsibilities
  • Welcome members, potential members, and visitors, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
  • Manage front desk operations, which include:
    • Answering phone calls in a courteous manner and assisting with various inquiries.
    • Checking members into the system efficiently.
    • Facilitating new member registrations.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
  • Assist in updating member accounts as necessary.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when required.
  • Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.
  • A strong interest in fitness and wellness.
  • Positive and energetic demeanor.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with members and colleagues, surpassing their expectations.
  • Strong listening skills, capable of empathizing and resolving issues effectively.
  • Ability to communicate diplomatically in all interactions, using appropriate language and behavior.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
  • Regular verbal communication in person and over the phone.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Potential exposure to hazardous materials during the shift.
