Pediatric Private Duty Caregiver Job Summary

We are looking for a caring and experienced caregiver to join our team as a Pediatric Private Duty Caregiver. As a Pediatric Private Duty Caregiver, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to pediatric patients in their homes.

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to dietary needs.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
Salary and Benefits Package

Our salary range is $65,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience. Bonus eligible Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, HSA with company contribution, life, supplemental, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, employee discounts, and flexible schedules.

About the Position

This is a part-time or full-time position available in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in a caregiving or clinical setting and a valid Texas driver's license.
