As a Sales Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for securing commitments from potential host locations to display silent auction displays. This role requires building brand recognition and maintaining certain standards for minimum acceptable performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Securing Host Locations:
    • Goal of acquiring 10 host locations per week.
    • Ensure silent auction displays are maintained at greater than 85% capacity in key markets.
  • Event Planning:
    • Provide detailed event planning, including host location and contact information, and scheduling of locations.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Conduct follow-up wellness and thank-you calls to maintain relationships with host locations.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications:

  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to securing host locations.
  • Customer/Client Focus: Ensure satisfaction and retention of host locations.
  • Communication Proficiency: Clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage time to achieve daily and weekly goals, such as making a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day and securing 10 host locations per week.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address any issues that arise with host locations.
  • CRM Experience: Must have experience with any CRM system.
  • Sales Background: Has a sales background and reliable internet connectivity and appropriate equipment.
