Fabletics Retail Sales Lead Job Description

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Lead to join our team at The Streets at Southpoint in Durham, NC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embody Fabletics' culture and values, providing customers with a personalized shopping experience.
  • Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways, showcasing our products and services.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Provide training and feedback to associates on customer experience and performance expectations.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment.
  • Actively participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
Requirements:
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience a plus.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, and running.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
