About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Solutions Sales Specialist to join our team at Valent USA LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling or promoting sales of agricultural/chemical and specialty products in a large geographic territory.

Your primary objective will be to provide technical services, advise on the use, properties, and modifications of products, and diagnose and solve customer problems. You will also be expected to service accounts, interact with peers as a knowledgeable sales team member, and lead a sales team if required.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of related experience, a BA/BS, MBA or equivalent, and a valid DMV report. You will be required to travel frequently, up to 75% of the time, and drive safely for long distances. Key Responsibilities:

  • Cover multiple markets in a large geographic territory.
  • Provide market intelligence and advice to manager, marketing, and other departments.
  • Develop demonstration plots for key territory products.
  • Act as an Account Manager for multi-territory Regional District.
  • Coordinate Regional Distributor business with peers.
