Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lending Relationship Manager to join our team at Farmers National Banc Corp. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial customers and prospects, analyzing credit worthiness, and making recommendations for extending credit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Relationship Building: Sell business products and services to commercial customers and prospects, analyzing their credit worthiness and making recommendations for extending credit.
  • Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit analysis to ensure the bank's risk is minimized.
  • Proposal Development: Develop sales proposals, coordinate preparation of commitment letters, and make sales presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Cross-Selling: Promote and cross-sell other Bank services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Loan Administration: Oversee preparation of legal documents for loan closings and monitor risk in loan portfolio.
  • Community Involvement: Engage in community/civic/professional organizations to promote the bank and foster networking opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years experience as a commercial lender.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
