Key Responsibilities:- Build and nurture commercial banking partnerships and significant connections
- Proactively seek and establish new client relationships
- Collaborate with product teams to explore cross-selling opportunities
- Meet and surpass financial targets
- Engage in community and professional networking activities
- Maintain an organized prospect list and schedule meetings
- Oversee a commercial loan portfolio
- Deliver loan presentations and provide recommendations
- Work closely with credit and portfolio management teams
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Complete additional projects as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Marketing
- A minimum of 8 years in account relationship management
- Proven track record in sales performance
- Familiarity with commercial real estate lending and loan servicing
- Strong negotiation and risk assessment abilities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
