The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering technical training programs for internal field service engineers, service vendor partners, and customers.

This role requires a strong understanding of solar inverter technologies, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to design and develop comprehensive training materials.

About the Position
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for various audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are accurate and current.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and refine training programs accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
  • Conduct training sessions, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and assess participants' comprehension.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of solar inverter technologies and their applications.
