We are seeking an experienced Technical Training Specialist for Electronics to join our team at our Houston training facility. As a technical trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, evaluating learner performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing, IPC certifications, and excellent teaching skills. They should also be able to design and deliver training content, conduct evaluations, and analyze data to improve training effectiveness. In addition, they should have experience in PCB soldering, cable/harness, and rework/repair applications, as well as knowledge of quality processes and principles.
