Job Summary

Volt is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our facilities team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, and providing excellent customer service to our employees and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices, ensuring alignment with quoted and contractual rates.
  • Clerical and Project Assistance: Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Vendor Management: Assist employees and vendors with inquiries regarding repairs, invoicing, and maintenance PM's.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, databases, and other documents related to facility activity.
  • Communication: Answer telephones, emails, and written correspondences in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working in a fast-paced multi-facility environment.
  • Experience working with CMMS systems and/or invoice processing is a plus.
  • Facilities experience is preferred.
