As a key member of the University of Texas at Austin team, the Facilities Associate Project Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of renovation and construction projects across the College of Liberal Arts.

Reporting to the Facilities Director, this individual will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Identifying and mitigating potential project risks and issues
  • Providing regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders

The Facilities Associate Project Manager will also be responsible for representing the College of Liberal Arts in facilities-related matters, serving as a liaison between the college and university entities, and providing support to faculty and staff with facilities-related needs.
